A multinational logistics and manufacturing brand required the complete clearance of a defunct 4,500-square-meter concrete and heavy structural steel factory. The Solution: Engineered Demolition Sequence

AN Power Demolitions deployed an advanced engineering team to draft a comprehensive Method Statement and Structural Pre-Weaken Plan prior to moving any machinery onto the site.

1. Specialized Hydraulic Steel Shearing

To eliminate the extreme risk of manual oxy-fuel torch cutting at high elevations, we utilized our heavy-duty crawler excavators equipped with 360-degree rotating hydraulic scrap shears. Our operators mechanically gripped and cleanly sliced through the heavy I-beams and steel trusses from the safety of armored cabs. This precision approach ensured a completely controlled, ground-level drop of all structural elements.

2. Deep Slab Concrete Pulverization

Standard breakers would take months to breach a 60 cm industrial slab. AN Power deployed specialized high-tonnage concrete pulverizers. These attachments applied immense hydraulic pressure to fracture the high-grade reinforced concrete, cleanly separating the internal structural rebar from the aggregate right on the factory floor.
